Ingredients


Makes: 4 servings
  • 4 C (1 L) frozen or fresh mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries)
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Summer Berry Sweet Dip Mix
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice
  • 1 C (250 ml) oats
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) Apple Pie Spice
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Optimum Vegan Protein Blend, or Powered Up Chocolate Protein Blend
  • 1/4 C (60 ml) mixed nuts, chopped, optional
  • 1/4 C (60 ml) unsalted butter or coconut oil, melted
  • 1 C (250 ml) 2% Greek yogurt

Preparation


 
  • In Multipurpose Steamer, toss berries with sweet dip and lemon juice.
  • Microwave uncovered, on high, for 4 min, or until berries become tender and sauce begins to thicken.
  • Meanwhile, in a bowl, stir together oats, protein blend, spice, butter, and nuts if desired.
  • Spoon the mixture over warm berries; microwave 4 min or until hot. Serve with Greek yogurt.
