Ingredients


Makes: 6–8 servings
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) butter
  • 1 large onion, chopped small
  • 1 pkg Butter Chicken Seasoning (Pkg of 3)
  • 2 lb (900 g) boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1 C (250 ml) water
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) crushed tomatoes
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) plain Greek yogurt or sour cream

Preparation


 
  • Add butter and onion to an Multipurpose Steamer. Microwave on high for 2 min.
  • Sprinkle contents of Butter Chicken Seasoning over onions. Microwave on high for 30 sec.
  • Stir in cubed chicken, water, and tomatoes. Cover and microwave on high for 6–8 min, or until chicken is cooked.
  • Very carefully remove from microwave, stir in yogurt or sour cream, and serve.
