Ingredients


Makes: 1 serving
  • 1 C (250 ml) 2% plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 C (250 ml) frozen blueberries
  • 1 C (250 ml) mixed greens
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) 2 % milk, or dairy-free alternative
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Summer Berry Sweet Dip Mix, or any sweet dip mix, your choice
  • 1/4 tsp (1.25 ml) Apple Pie Spice, or Chai Spice, optional
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) low-fat granola
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) nuts
  • Tutti Fruity Whole Food Topper, or Cocoa Crunch Whole Food Sprinkle, optional

Preparation


 
  • In a blender, combine all ingredients except granola and nuts. Blend until smooth—if you like it thicker, add ice cubes; for a thinner consistency, add water.
  • Transfer to a bowl. Top with granola, nuts and whole food sprinkle, if desired. Serve.

Tip


 

Make dairy free: Replace Greek yogurt with 1 scoop (35 g) Sweet Coconut Optimum Vegan Protein Blend and 1 C (250 ml) water/ice.
