Makes: 8-10 C (2-2.5 L)

Preparation


 
  • In an Everything Pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and cook for about 2–3 minutes, until soft.
  • Add veggies and Seasoning. Stir to combine and cook for 3–4 minutes more.
  • Add bouillon and tea. Bring mixture to a boil, reduce the heat to medium low, and simmer 15 minutes until thevegetables are tender.
  • Just before serving, add the mixed greens and season to taste.

Tip


 

Kitchen hack: If short on time, steam veggies in a steamer and add to pot for faster cooking.
