Ingredients


Makes: 4-6 servings
  • 1 pkg (8 oz/250 g) light cream cheese
  • 3 Tbsp (45 ml) Summer Berry Sweet Dip Mix
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) Greek yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) melted butter

Preparation


 
  • Prepare filling by blending the first four ingredients in a mixing bowl
  • Prepare crust by combining graham cracker crumbs with butter. Press into a lightly oiled Rectangular Steamer.
  • Spoon filling over crust. Cover and microwave on high for 5-6 min.
  • Remove lid and let cheesecake cool completely before removing from pan and cutting into squares or slices.

Tip: Top with fresh berries or your favourite berry jam.
