A delicious blend of Chai Spice and creamy eggnog, this is a great crowd-pleaser for a seasonal celebration.


Ingredients
3 tbsp
chai spice
3 cups
non-fat milk
3 cups
eggnog
3 oz
dark rum, divided – optional
ground nutmeg, for garnish – optional

Preparation
  1. In a Multipurpose Pot - 8 cup, combine chai spice, milk, and eggnog.
  2. Bring to a gentle simmer, then remove from heat. Keep warm or chill.
  3. Pour into mugs. If desired, pour a 12 oz shot of rum into each. Sprinkle with nutmeg and serve.
Tips

You can make and refrigerate 1–2 days ahead – simply reheat or serve cold. Delish!

DIY Bar Tip: Make and refrigerate in a Multipurpose Pot - 8 cup for a cool drink, or simply keep on low heat for hot toddies. Place glasses and nutmeg by pot.
