Salsa is an easy “go to” for quick snacks and dishes. Use it as a topper for nacho chips, crackers, or even chicken or fish.


Ingredients
1 - 2 tbsp
1 cup
diced tomatoes

avocado, diced
1 tsp
fresh lime juice, optional
2.25 oz (65 g)
tortilla chips, or crackers

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, stir tomatoes with Poco Picante Salsa Mix. Gently fold in avocado and stir in lime juice, if you wish.
  2. Dish up with tortilla chips or crackers.
Tips

Make it a meal by adding cooked chicken or low-sodium tuna. Wrap and roll in a tortilla.
