This is a summer barbecue remake of a classic sandwich. Also, it’s a tasty way to use up leftover burgers or meatloaf.


Ingredients
14 cup
Big Burger Sauce, prepared
sriracha sauce, to taste - optional
2
cooked burgers, cut into large pieces
4
Greek-style pitas
1
large tomato, chopped
12 cup
shredded lettuce or spinach
2 tbsp
chopped red or white onion

Preparation
  1. Thin Big Burger Sauce with a mixture of sriracha sauce and water until desired consistency.
  2. Reheat the burgers until piping hot.
  3. Warm pitas in the microwave or oven, if you wish.
  4. Divide burger pieces between pitas. Top with tomato, lettuce, and onion. Drizzle Big Burger Sauce overtop.
