Ingredients


Makes: 10 servings
  • 3 C (750 ml) vanilla or chocolate graham wafer crumbs
  • 1/3 C (80 ml) butter
  • 2 C (500 ml) whipping cream
  • 1/4 C (60 ml) sugar
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) orange zest
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract
  • 1 recipe prepared Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix (3)
  • mocha beans, optional

Preparation


 
  • Stir graham wafer crumbs with butter. Press over bottom and part-way up the side of a pie dish.
  • Using an electric mixer, whip cream with sugar, orange zest, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  • Beat Chocolate Pudding in an Instant with one-third of the whipped cream. Gently fold in remaining whipped cream until no streaks remain.
  • Turn mixture into pie crust and smooth top. Freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm. Top with mocha beans before serving, if desired.
