Ingredients


Makes: 4 servings
  • 4 (4 oz/120 g) skinless salmon fillets
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml)
  • 1/4 C (60 ml) light mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) Creamy Ranch Dip Mix
  • 4 whole-wheat hamburger buns
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 red onion ring slices

Preparation


 
  • Brush salmon with oil, then sprinkle with Seafood & Fish Seasoning.
  • Place on grill and barbecue over medium-high heat for 2–3 minutes per side.
  • Stir mayonnaise with Creamy Ranch Dip Mix and spread on bottom halves of buns. Cover with lettuce and onions. Place salmon on top.
