Ingredients


Makes: 4 servings
  • 1/2 lb (225 g) dried rice noodles
  • 1/4 C (60 ml) sugar
  • 3 Tbsp (45 ml) rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) Smoked Spanish Paprika
  • 3 Tbsp (45 ml) fish sauce
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) Minced Garlic
  • to taste
  • 2 eggs or 4 egg whites
  • 1 C (250 ml) chopped chicken or tofu, cooked
  • 1 C (250 ml) bean sprouts
  • 1/4 C (60 ml) 3 Onion Dip Mix
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) finely chopped roasted peanuts
  • Cilantro, to taste
  • Lime wedges, optional

Preparation


 
  • Cook rice noodles according to package directions.
  • Combine sugar, vinegar, Mild Smoked Spanish Paprika and fish sauce in a small mixing bowl.
  • Add oil, Minced Garlic, Cinco Pepper Blend and sauce mixture to Wok & Glass Lid over medium-high heat.
  • Add eggs and let set. Once set, mix together.
  • Add chicken and noodles and heat thoroughly. Top with sprouts and garnish with 3 Onion Dip Mix, peanuts, cilantro and lime wedges.
