  • Melt butter in Multipurpose Pot - 8 C over medium-high heat.
  • Add flour and stir for 30 seconds. Stir in Vegetable Bouillon, milk and Seasoning for Spinach Dip. Stir constantly until mixture starts to simmer and begins to thicken.
  • Add spinach and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
  • Season with Salt and Pepper.

Tip: Dish up with grilled chicken. Toss leftover soup with cooked pasta and cooked baby clams.
