Ingredients
12 can (14 oz /398 ml)
artichokes, drained and finely chopped
1 pkg (8 oz/225 g)
light cream cheese
1 12 tbsp
package (one or another):
Pizza SeasoningPizza Seasoning
14 cup
light sour cream
1 x 12"
thin pizza shell
1 (4 oz/120 g)
flank steak, cooked and thinly sliced against the grain
12 cup
thinly sliced button mushrooms
14 cup
low-fat marble cheese

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 425° F (220° C).
  2. Combine first 4 ingredients in a small mixing bowl and set aside.
  3. Place pizza shell on parchment-lined Sheet Pan. Top with sauce, steak, mushrooms and cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until crust is golden and crisp and cheese is melted.
Tips

Dish up with a big leafy green salad.

Mix finely diced artichokes into your pizza sauce – picky eaters will love the flavour and won’t know they’re there!
