Preparation


 
  • Heat Fry Pan over medium-high heat. Add olive oil, spinach and Roasted Garlic. Stir well and cook until spinach is wilted and soft.
  • Remove pan from heat. Stir in tomato wedges, balsamic vinegar, Salt and Pepper. Serve immediately.

Tip: Substitute 2 - 10 oz (284 ml) packages of well drained frozen spinach for fresh spinach.
