15-Minute Meatloaf
Perfectly Balance Your Plate
Serve with 2 cups salad, with 2 tbsp prepared Epicure dressing or Caprese Salad, and 1 small bun/roll with 1 tsp butter.
Ingredients
1 large egg
1⁄4 cup liquid egg whites
1 lb (450 g) lean ground beef, pork, turkey, chicken, or ground soy
2 tbsp3 Onion Dip Mix
Sea Salt , to taste
Black Pepper , to taste
3 tbspMarinara Sauce, prepared
Preparation
- In a bowl, combine egg and egg whites.
- Add all remaining ingredients except Marinara Sauce and mix to combine. Place in a Rectangular Steamer and press down to pack lightly.
- Cover with lid and microwave on high for 9–10 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes, then turn out of steamer, drizzle with sauce, and slice.
