Just mix it with hot water and soy sauce, and you will get the perfect Pad Thai taste every time. Cook it up with chicken or shrimp, noodles, and veggies, and dinner is ready in less than 20 minutes for $3/serving.
Sweet & tangy tamarind with notes of garlic and cilantro.
Prep tips:
- Make it vegetarian: Swap the meat for 2 cups chickpeas or 1⁄2 lb cubed firm organic tofu
- Serve with 1 cup steamed veggies and top with 2 tbsp roasted peanuts.
- Load on the Sriracha if you like it a little spicy!
