Prepared Spinach & Artichoke Hot Dip + eggs are all you need to make an easy appie or a fun addition to a brunch board.  These are easy to make and prepare ahead of time – simply reheat in the oven or microwave prior to serving.

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 325° F. Generously oil a Perfect Petites and place on a Sheet Pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs; whisk in dip.
  3. Using a 1-tbsp measure as a guide, spoon into Perfect Petites; sprinkle with chives, if desired. Bake until puffy and firm, 15–20 min, rotating baking sheet halfway through cooking time.
  4. Pop out of mold; serve warm. If making ahead, cover and refrigerate overnight. Reheat in a low oven or serve at room temperature.
Tips

Kick it up a notch: serve each with a dollop of Greek yogurt and sprinkle with more chives.
